bc62d.exe is a self extracting zip file(almost 10 meg) of the
demo version of the BalCal program.  It took 58:05 minutes to upload
the file at 28 Kbps.  Save it to some blank directory and
then execute it.  It should then extract about 321 files to that
directory.  Among all of those files is a file called SETUP.EXE.  When
you execute it, it will install the BalCal demo program to the default
directory which is:  C:\Program Files\BalCal62.  You can then use the
windows explorer to execute the BalCal62.exe program which is in that
directory.  Once you run it there are almost 3000 lines of help file
comments available via the green help buttons on the various forms.
